Oral Presentations

  • Contributed talks will have 15-minute presentation slots (12 minutes max + 3 for questions)
  • Presentations should be formatted for widescreen (16:9) and saved as .ppt or .pptx format
  • Presentations should use the naming convention "Lastname_Firstname.pptx
  • Please bring your presentation on a USB flash drive and load your presentation onto the podium PC prior to the start of your session
  • Personal computers will not be permitted
  • A laser pointer and remote will be provided

Poster Presentations

  • Poster boards, thumbtacks, and magnets will be provided
  • Posters should be a maximum of 44" wide x 44" tall
