Oral Presentations
- Contributed talks will have 15-minute presentation slots (12 minutes max + 3 for questions)
- Presentations should be formatted for widescreen (16:9) and saved as .ppt or .pptx format
- Presentations should use the naming convention "Lastname_Firstname.pptx
- Please bring your presentation on a USB flash drive and load your presentation onto the podium PC prior to the start of your session
- Personal computers will not be permitted
- A laser pointer and remote will be provided
- Presentation upload will be available at the following times:
- Thursday Oct. 27: 3-5pm
- Friday Oct. 28: 7-8:30am; during breaks and lunch; 5:30-6pm
- Saturday Oct. 29: 7:45-9:15am; during breaks and lunch

Poster Presentations
- Poster boards, thumbtacks, and magnets will be provided
- Posters should be a maximum of 44" wide x 44" tall
- Posters can be hung up in the dining hall on Friday Oct. 28 from 1:30-5:30pm
- Each poster will be assigned a poster number. Presenters with an even number are required to stand by their poster during the first hour, odd number posters are required to stand by their poster in the second hour
